This got to be my favourite place in the whole Engadin, maybe even Switzerland. This lake, especially during fall time, is a absolute MUST VISIT. Its the perfect combination of a beautiful mountain lake, alps in the backdrop and surrounded by wonderful trees. Parking is rather limited here, so its better to arrive early. Entrance is free and I suggest to hike around the lake. it takes around one hour but the views are getting only better. Path is very easy doable for everyone. If you are happen to be here on a day without wind, you will have the perfect reflection on the water too.
