Manxurane Restaurant & Wines is my favorite spot in Saranda for creative, high-quality seafood. It’s a small, intimate restaurant with excellent service and beautifully presented dishes. Standouts include the seafood risotto, grilled octopus, and fresh fish, along with a strong wine selection.

Prices are a bit on the higher side for Saranda but fair for the quality. Since it’s small and very popular, especially in summer, it’s best to book ahead.
