Mussel House is located between Ksamil and Saranda, just a short drive from Ksamil, set along the shores of Ksamil Lake on the opposite side of the main coastline. The setting is part of what makes it special, you’re seated right along the water, surrounded by mussel farms, giving it a calm atmosphere.

As the name suggests, mussels are the highlight here. Their steamed mussels (served in white wine or with garlic and olive oil) are the most popular dish, and you’ll also find grilled fish, seafood pasta, and mixed seafood platters. Prices are generally reasonable for the Albanian Riviera: expect to pay mid-range seafood prices, with mussel dishes typically being among the more affordable options.

It’s a very popular stop, especially during the summer months, and it can get quite crowded at peak times.
