Similar to Dhërmi Beach, Drymades Beach is a popular beaches on the Albanian Riviera: a long pebble beach with crystal-clear water, plenty of space, and lots of options for food and drinks.
There are many restaurants and beach bars spread along the beach, making it a great place to spend the full day. Good options include Kyma, Pepperon The Beach, and Moyo.
Most beach clubs offer sunbeds for rent, usually around 2,000–3,000 Lek (€20–30) depending on the season and exact location. The beach itself is made of pebbles, which helps keep the water especially clear. Keep in mind, there is currently a lot of construction going on in Drymades and Dhërmi, though this is usually halted in the peak season.
Tip: if you want something a bit more secluded, walk all the way south along the beach. You’ll find smaller tucked-away beaches between the rocks, which can feel much quieter than the main area. A great move is to grab a pizza from Morsi Drymades, then find a private little spot to lay down a towel and relax.
Overall, it’s a great beach for a full day: beautiful water, lots of options, and enough space.
