Hotel Uji Ftohte Tepelene is a modern luxury hotel located right in Tepelenë, set between the main road and the Drinos River. The setting is a big highlight, with both the hotel and restaurant overlooking the river, creating a calm and scenic atmosphere.

Rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with prices starting at around €100 per night, making it one of the more high-end options in the area. There isn’t a lot to do nearby, so I’d mainly recommend staying here if you’re looking to relax, enjoy the views, and have a nice meal in a peaceful setting.

Even if you’re not staying overnight, it’s a great stop if you’re passing through on the way to Gjirokastër or Ksamil. The restaurant is excellent, offering creative and high-quality dishes, perfect for a coffee or a scenic lunch by the river.
