Pulëbardha Beach is one of my favorite spots on the Albanian Riviera, especially in the off-season. Located just a short drive from Ksamil, it feels a bit more tucked away, though the last 1–2 km to reach it is on a rough dirt road, so drive carefully.

There’s a restaurant and bar perched above the beach with great views, making it a nice place to relax with a drink or meal. The water here is beautiful, and outside of peak months, it can feel much more peaceful compared to nearby beaches.

Like most beaches in the Riviera, it fills up with sunbeds during the summer. Expect to pay around 2,000–2,500 Lek (€20–25) per sunbed, and be prepared for crowds. If you’re visiting in peak season, it’s best to arrive early in the morning to secure a good spot.
