Blue Sea Apartments Qeparo is a small, family-run hotel located at the top of Lower Qeparo. The rooms are very simple, but it’s a solid option if you’re traveling on a budget, especially considering the views. A few years ago, we paid around 4,000 Lek (€40) per night for a double room during peak summer season, which was great value for the area. We returned three or four weekends in a row because the location is ideal, and the rooms are cozy. The family who runs the place is extremely kind and helpful, and the sea view from above is absolutely worth it. Just keep in mind that it’s about a 15-minute walk down (and back up) to the beach via steps through Lower Qeparo, so it’s not ideal if you want easy beach access. Parking can also be a bit tricky, but the family will usually help find or make space for you when you arrive.
