Harmony Restaurant is set in a beautiful location in Sarandë, right next to Harmony Hotel, with tables arranged on a wooden deck not far from the sea. The setting alone makes it stand out: it feels more refined and relaxed compared to many of the busier, more casual spots in the city.

This is definitely on the higher-end side for Sarandë. Many dishes are around 2,000 Lek (€20), and the style leans closer to fine dining than typical Riviera restaurants. Presentation is a big focus here, with creative, well-plated dishes, though portions tend to be smaller than what you might expect elsewhere in Albania. The menu is Mediterranean with a strong emphasis on seafood.
