In Stockholm you can take the public transport boats to explore the city. With your regular public transport ticket (SL) you can explore the route for example from Nybrokajen to Ropsten and hop off anywhere inbetween, for example at Djurgården or in Nacka Strand and take the same route back. You can definitely bring snacks on board and the best spots are always on the top deck to soak in some sun!
