In July 2025, I was recommended to take this route because the other bridge across the Selenge River was washed out. These situations change all the time due to the drastic weather here, but this route was also very beautiful to drive, so I enjoyed the detour. You'll question if you're right as you drive it, but follow the subsequent pins and you'll be okay.
