Sid's Falls is a beautiful waterfall located in Sumter National Forest, near Long Creek South Carolina. The parking for this isn't really parking, it's just a pull off in front of a gate. The trail here is relatively easy until you get to the steep downhill to the bottom of the falls.

This is not a highly trafficked trail and you have a high likelihood of having it to yourself. The downhill to the falls is what I would consider "adventurous" so make sure you have your hands free and good shoes on. You can bring your dog, but I would only do so if they have good recall because having the on a leash for the last portion may be dangerous for you. This trail also has ticks so make sure to do a complete check after you're done hiking!!
