The Hōkan-ji Temple, also known as the Yasaka Pagoda, is a Buddhist pagoda located in Kyoto, Japan. Dating back to the 7th century, this 5-story tall pagoda is the last remaining structure of the temple complex. It has been destroyed and reconstructed multiple times, with the current pagoda standing since 1440. The pagoda is now a popular tourist attraction in Kyoto, offering visitors a glimpse into Japan's rich cultural and historical heritage.
