New Zealand
All international visitors entering New Zealand are required to pay a NZ$35 tourism levy, known as the International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy (IVL). This fee helps support infrastructure and environmental conservation projects across the country. The levy is typically collected at the same time as your visa or NZeTA application. Australian citizens are exempt from this charge and do not need to pay the IVL when entering New Zealand.
