Located in the remote Shinjo Village in Okayama, Shinjojuku Sugai House offers a truly unparalleled experience. With only two rooms, one overlooking the sakura alley of the main street, this is more of a deluxe experience. A private chef will cook you an incredible dinner - we asked beforehand if it was possible to make it vegan and it was no problem and was AMAZING. The breakfast was equally as good. Honestly one of my favorite stays in Japan.
