Yukemuri Restaurant Shirogane is a cozy dining cafe nestled in Ginzan Onsen, Obanazawa City, Yamagata Prefecture. With a variety of Yamagata specialties on the menu, it's a great spot to relax and enjoy a comfy meal. I really liked their desserts but last time I visited they had at least one vegetarian option - it's been 2 years though so you might want to check!
