A small unassuming local restaurant that sells great handmade soba! I forgot to take a picture of my food, so you'll just have to take my word for it.. It's nothing fancy but solid soba noodles that could be made vegan after asking staff (in Japanese ヴィーガンができますか？bi-gan ga dekimasu ka?)
