Hirobun is a riverside restaurant in the village of Kibune, Kyoto. Known for its friendly atmosphere and unique dining experience, Hirobun offers nagashi somen (noodles served in running water) alongside traditional Kibune favorites. In summer, from May To September, you can experience Kawadoko, which is dining on bamboo mats placed over the river. If you want to experience the Nagashi somen (also just in summer) make sure to queue already from 10am (they open at 11) or else you'll likely wait for hours.
