This was such a cosy surprise for us, an adult-only retreat on the serene shores of Lake Shikotsu. Here, you'll find beautifully designed rooms, with peaceful woodland or lake views, perfect for unwinding. The service is exceptionally warm and personal, we absolutely loved the Hokkaido ice cream bar in the evening! Breakfast could be made vegetarian upon request the night prior. There is no onsen at the accommodation but they have a deal with a ryokan where you can use their stunning onsen a few minutes away by walking. If you visit the Ice Festival in Lake Shikotsu, this is an amazing accommodation to spend the night (or two).
