The italian part of Switzerland has so much to offer. Unfortunately I didnt get to experience super much of this area yet, but I can tell you for sure that the little village of Lavertezzo is worth a visit. Its inside the wonderful Verzasca Valley. What to expect: I was there in winter, thats why it might not look extremely pleasing but you can already see that even in winter, the colors of the waters there are amazing. The rivers have the deepest turquoise you can imagine, so think how it looks in summer. Summer is also a very popular spot to take a swim, so expect crowds. About the crowds you can at least forget about if you visit in the colder months. Also the architecture is super cute. Its full of bridges and churches. You feel like in a different country rather than Switzerland.
