Canongate is yet another spot that, if captured at the right moment, would be like a step back in time. The street is timeless, and without any cars, taken on an analog camera, no one would ever know it was in 2022! If you love capturing the Edinburgh architecture and old-timey moments, this is another place to go!

Photo Tip for this location: Try different angles and try to capture anyone with a cool, old-fashioned style! Avoid any white cars, trucks and such, to create an even more timeless look. When it comes to the lighting, it is best to shoot this area during the morning or on a cloudy day. This way you will be able to catch all the beautiful details of the buildings without any weird glares or harsh lighting.
