Palm Springs is a pretty new cafe in Burleigh Head, but I just love the aesthetic here and their simple menu. They have a gorgeous white and pastel green interior and a great outdoor seating area with all the Palm Springs vibes.

As well as the Gold Coast breakfast classics, they also have dishes like teriyaki salmon bowl and a halloumi and egg burger.
