Culinaria Bistrot takes my pick for most unique flavorings tied into Italian dishes in a classic Italian bistrot setting. Taking inspiration from Middle Easten and African flavors, you can find everything from classic Ribollita and Tortelli with Ragu to Vegetable Tajine with couscous and hummus on the menu. No matter what you order though, they take great care in the flavors and execute them exceptionally well. In addition, the staff are kind, gentle, and incredibly caring, allowing for a very relaxed and calm dining experience.

Kacie's Recommendation: If you’re a beef tartare fan, Culinaria Bistrot does it wonderfully. As is common in Italy, the menu changes with the season but their Risotto is on point and their seasonal soups are perfect for a cold winter day. If you’re craving something other than Italian, the Tajine with couscous is fantastic.
