This area offers many great places to camp. When we camped there we stayed next to the Lago di Tom which is a small lake just above the bigger lago di Ritom. There are even more lakes around this area where you can go and camp of just relax. The place is easily accessible either from Airolo by a cable car or from the Lukmanierpass were you have to hike for about 2h to reach the lake. We can recommend to check out the Pizzo Tanneda which offers a great round view on a lot of mountain peaks.
