We recommend that you take the train to the Oberalppass or park your car up there, since the hike ends at a different train station. You will walk the same path as for the Tomasee, for some time but then instead of ascending to the Tomasee you just continue on the path towards Lai Urlaun and the Maighels hut, a mountain hut where you can also get some food and drinks. After having visited the lai Urulaun you then go up to the Piz Cavradi, which is an easy ascend for trained hikers. From there you'll start to see the lac da Curnera. During the ascent you'll approach the lake and get to see it's amazing color. After that you walk to the train station Tschamut-Selva where you are able to take the train up to the Oberalppass again.
