Zpráva od Cassadvantures

Liffey Falls in Tasmania is a stunning destination, especially if you love immersing yourself in nature’s tranquility. Nestled in the lush forest of the Great Western Tiers, this spot offers a truly enchanting experience. One of the reasons I highlight this spot is that there is a free campsite by the river next to the falls. This campsite is fantastic because you can park right next to the clear, flowing river. Enjoy your stay at the campsite, spend a night, and then explore the waterfall, how good does that sound?

The trail to the waterfall is short and well-maintained. You’re greeted by the rich scent of eucalyptus and the soothing sounds of birdsong. The walk to Liffey Falls is just 2 kilometers round-trip, making it a manageable hike for most fitness levels. As you make your way along the track, you'll be surrounded by dense forest and have occasional glimpses of the creek that feeds the falls. The trail features a mix of wooden steps and well-formed paths, which help guide you through the diverse and vibrant vegetation. The highlight, of course, is the waterfall itself. As you approach the falls, the sound of cascading water grows louder, building anticipation for the breathtaking view that awaits.
