Vejers is a really cool site, what makes it unique is you can drive down onto the beach and setup for the day. The sand is compact enough for a 2 wheel drive, small car. The dunes are slightly bigger here (5-10m) than the dunes further North at Hvide Sande. It faces WNW, next site for this direction is 90 km North at Ferring.
The dunes are fun with consistent grassy tops in areas and inconstant dune in other areas, makes for great flying in between gaps. Really cool scenes on the beach at Vejers, a must see visiting Denmark.
There is a large Deer population nearby, sometimes at night them come out onto the beach!
