Mayana Peak is a breathtaking viewpoint located on the eastern coast of Negros, Philippines. Sitting at an elevation of 850 meters, the peak can be accessed via a short 15-minute hike or by bike, with the latter proving to be quite a challenge! Those who make the journey and make it to the top can enjoy stunning views of San Carlos City, Sipaway Island and Canlaon Volcano. Camping is possible at the peak, where visitors are greeted by a friendly family who offer snacks and drinks. Prices for entrance, guides, and camping need to be taken into account when planning a visit but it's definitely worth the effort!
