Quinta Del Carmen is a special fine dining restaurant in Aruba because the building was the first hospital on the island. The monument was built in 1918 and is beautifully preserved. There are seating areas in the front, back, and inside the building. I love how the ambiance at Quinta del Carmen feels intimate and romantic.

The service is amazing, there are plenty of options on the menu, and the food is fantastic from appetizers all the way to dessert. Considering the amazing food and the historical touch, Quinta del Carmen is a must-visit when coming to Aruba! They are located in Bubali, which is close to the hotel area. Our favorite dishes are the Steak with Blue Cheese and the Lobster Tail with Shrimp.
