Praia do Magoito ("Magoito beach") is located in the Sinta-Cascais Natural Park, just 40 km away from Lisbon. It is characterized by extremely steep cliffs with an unique appearance, resulting from millions of years of natural erosion.

Praia do Magoito is also known for its consolidated fossil-like dunes, a very unusual geological formation in Portugal and worldwide.

There is an amazing restaurant called 'Esplanada Duna Mar' right on top of the cliff, with the best view of Praia do Magoito! Lusideias recommends it for all visitors!
