One of the most popular restaurants in town, The Kannery is not only known for their food but also for their beautiful cocktails (they were pretty strong when we visited)! Throughout the year they often have live music, and because of their popularity I recommend booking a reservation as far in advance as you can. Their menu seems to change fairly regularly, but their King Crab Fondu and Summer Risotto are some of my favorites! If it's a nice day, I highly recommend asking for patio seating to enjoy the beautiful views.
