What you'll do
For fans of caves and panoramic views. Each day can be done separately with a trip from Sofia.
Day 1
I recommend you come at sunset to Kobilini Walls. If you don't mind going home after dark, the views are worth it.
Panorama above Vratsata Pass
Sightseeing
A wonderful place with a view of the Balkans
🚗 It is parked at the "Ledenika" lift, which offers an incredible view of the city and the Balkans.
⏳ You will see an electric shepherd. Walk next to it, from the the abandoned lift to the left and follow the location I have set here. You'll know when you've arrived when you see a gazebo behind the electric shepherd. This beautiful rock can be reached from here down.
🐎 Many horses are bred in the area and it is highly likely that you will see many of them in the area
Ledenika Cave

Glacier cave near Vratsa
🚗 There is an ideal asphalt road to get here and enough places for free parking
⏳ Working hours:
Every day from 09:00–17:00
❄️ The cave in which there are chunks of ice. However, with one catch... it takes at least 2 weeks of sub-zero temperatures for it to become ice, and only at the entrance of the cave.
👉🏻 She is extremely beautiful from the inside. There are several places where you literally squeeze through narrow gaps and walk duck-like.
Kobilini Steni
Hike
A lovely location for a sunset
🚙 The most direct way to Kobilini rocks is from Parshevitsa Chalet. It can be reached by car on an ideal asphalt road. There are enough parking spaces.
👉 From the parking lot, take the path on the left side of the hut, along which there is a small ski lift. You go up and just go straight, you'll see these rock formations on the right. The walk is about 30 minutes and there are some climbs if you want to reach the first view, but I recommend you continue on the trail for another 15-20 minutes, for the more beautiful views.

Bike path in the rocks with a lovely panorama
🚗 I recommend that you park at the "Chaika" restaurant and take a longer walk to the monument, as there is a beautiful place on the bike path in the rocks.
📍 You have also the option to park the cars directly at the monument. The view from here is amazing both in the evening and during the day. There is a normal asphalt road here.
🌳 There is also a path in the forest that will take you to views from a little higher up, right in front of the building.
