Nestled in the Val d'Hérens in the Canton of Valais, Pyramides d’Euseigne is one of Switzerland's most unique and mesmerising natural wonders. As someone who loves discovering off-the-beaten-path destinations, I was absolutely captivated by these incredible geological formations. These unique earth formations, towering 10 to 15 meters high, were created during the last Ice Age when glacier tongues left piles of debris . Over time, rain and meltwater sculpted the area around the boulders, forming these striking natural monuments create an almost otherworldly landscape.
