Grotta delle Tre Cime, also known as the Three Peaks Cave, is a hidden gem you will love!

You can escape the crowds and get a wonderful view of the peaks from this hidden cave (which was a WW1 cave) on the Tre Cime loop! When you are about halfway up the Tre Cime loop hike at Refugio Locatelli , if you look closely, you will see the caves in the mountains behind the rifugio. The path up to the caves is also visible. Hike up the 5 min steep uphill hike to reach the caves. The hidden cave provides the perfect frame of the Tre Cime peaks to take some photos. Checking out this hidden cave on the Tre Cime di Lavaredo hike is well worth it!
