Bostwick's Chowder House is a classic East Coast seafood shack, and one of the best casual spots to eat in East Hampton. Try local specialties like Manhattan chowder, Littleneck clams, lobster bisque - or my favourite, a lobster hot buttered roll. Nothing says summer in the Hamptons like a lobster roll.
