Sacre-Coeur is an icon of Paris, and in my opinion, an absolute must visit! I've visited five or six times, it is one of my favourite spots in Paris. The area leading up to Sacre Coeur is very touristy and rife with pickpockets, but I think the basilica is one of the most beautiful in Paris - it is worth the queue to get inside.
