Universal Studios Japan, or USJ for short, deemed by my kids as the best amusement park they've ever been to (more expensive than Disneyland though), is a popular theme park located in Osaka, Japan. It offers a wide range of attractions and entertainment based on popular movies and TV shows, though it gets very crowded with wait times of more than 3 hours for some rides (like Demon Slayer). From thrilling rides to live shows and character meet-and-greets, USJ has something for everyone to enjoy, but you MUST get the express pass (via Klook is easiest), especially if you want to enter Super Mario Land (which has timed entrance). Whether you're a fan of Harry Potter, Minions, or Jurassic Park, you'll find plenty of fun things to do at this exciting theme park - it's a long day but a must-do in Japan.
