A very pretty waterfall, close from the main road in Þjórsárdalur. This river is called Fossá and it falls in two falls at Hjálparfoss. Some people think it's two rivers merging into one but that little piece of land in-between is a small island.

Also gorgeous during winter, but be very careful if you choose to walk on the ice. Make sure it's been freezing for days.
