Tokyo Aburagumi Sohonten Shibuya is a popular spot in Tokyo known for its delicious dry ramen, also known as abura soba. The dish may look simple at first glance, but once you mix it up and take that first slurp, the savory umami flavor hits you right in the taste buds.
