Lent is one of the nicest neighborhoods in Maribor, especially for going out for a drink in the afternoon/evening. The Lent area is located just by the Drava River and it is one of the most picturesque areas of town. You will see that the bars come alive towards the end of the afternoon.

Lent is also the name of a festival that happens every year in Maribor. This festival brings a lot of cultural attractions including events for kids and concerts around town. It is usually celebrated in June and it is amazing.
