Nuevo Karpathos is a spot in the heart of the island, serving up traditional Greek dishes with a modern twist. If you're in for a sweet treat or a dessert after dinner go for their famous bougatsa. They serve it in a different way than the traditional Greek Bougatsa, but it is so good!

Nuevo is open all day whether you're looking for a breakfast spot, a drink or dinner: this is the place to be! If we are talking pricing, they are a little more expensive than other places on the island but since they serve dishes and cocktails that are a bit more special the price/quality is good if you'd ask me.
