🚗 There is parking available in the center of the village.

🥾 From the village center, follow the street downhill alongside the fence with benches (keep the fence on your right). Turn right at the intersection and continue past several houses — you'll see signs pointing to the waterfall. Eventually, you’ll reach a wide open area with multiple paths; follow the sign toward the forest trail. The path passes through several small chapels and picnic areas. There’s only one steeper section. After enjoying the waterfall, you can return the same way or take an easier trail back to the village — it takes about 10–15 minutes. Note: fallen trees may be present but don’t block the trail significantly.

🧒 Child-friendly: 🚫 Not recommended for young children — the trail can be steep and slippery, especially in wet weather.

🧭 The waterfall is about 15 meters high and most impressive between April and June. It is located on the Manastirska River. The village of Manastir is the highest inhabited settlement on the Balkan Peninsula, at 1,500 meters above sea level.

💡 Tip: Visit in spring or after heavy rain when the waterfall is at its fullest. Be cautious near the water, as the rocks can be slippery.
