Cervecería y Restaurante Gilbert is my favorite lunch option on the Circuito Chico. Inside it feels like a cozy Swiss apres-ski cabin (I have never been to Switzerland but this is how I imagine it). Antique snow shoes even serve as decor here, it's the vibe.

Outside, you'll sometimes see them grilling the meat on an open pit. Chickens peck around nearby. If your kids are antsy let them run around outside while you wait or ask if the waitress has toys (they brought us a big box of old toys and made our day).

For something special order their fondue but I also love their goulash. They also have options for vegetarians, vegans, and without gluten (sin TACC).
