This biking path starts in St Moritz and leads to the Morteratsch glacier valley. Most of the ride is on a dedicated cycling path along the river away from car traffic.
Route: moderate • 16.6 km one way • 1h30 (regular bike) • 360m ascent

My route starts at the Lake Bike Rental near the St Moritz train station. But you could start elsewhere along the route.
This ride would be very easy with an E-Bike (age 16+ only).
Easier ride
For an easier ride with kids (or not), you could take the train (with the bikes) to Morteratsch. Ride up the path to the glacier viewpoint and back. Then ride to St Moritz, which is downhill in this direction.
When you ride the train, bikes need a ticket (half-fare for short rides or bike day pass). The trains from St Moritz are not low-floor, so you'll need to carry your bike up a couple steps to board. Learn more about bikes on trains.
