A beautiful and peaceful walk along the levada that starts in Camacha, where sometimes riders on horseback might surprise you and a dog might let you know it lives there. The path is like a green paradise, simple and perfect for everyone, year-round. It takes you through forested areas and villages.

For those with a fear of heights, this is a perfect hike, as the path is usually quite wide and you won’t encounter extreme heights or cliffs. This levada is still used by the people of Camacha to reach Santo da Serra, for example, during the Sunday market. They have a farmers' market every Sunday morning – a super fun way to end your adventure!
