For some of the best Asian fusion, La Mai Plate at the Sellwood food carts is a must! Owner Cha, is from east Thailand but she puts her spin on classic Asian dishes. She only uses tofu from Thailand as she says it’s the best (I have to agree), and all of her dishes are gluten-free too! Each dish is packed with tons of flavor and always satisfies. Beware though, if you ask for spice, it will be spicy!
