This stunning lake nestled in a valley where the Gwydir Forest meets the Carneddau mountains is such a hidden Gem. It is a fishing lake so you cannot swim or paddleboard/canoe here but it does have one of the best pram friendly walks in the area.

A flat pram and cycle friendly path takes you around the whole lake, which even has a lakeside cafe perfect for a lunch/coffee stop (Check opening times before setting off)

FOOD & DRINK: There are some picnic tables at the carparks, or some stop off points along the route for a picnic (the lake has a little beach). Or you can walk to "Llyn Crafnant Lakeside cafe" but please check opening times as it is not open all the time.
