Shiudeyama is a hidden gem in Kagawa prefecture known for its breathtaking cherry blossom view. Located at the top of Mt. Shiude, this spot offers a panoramic view of the Seto Inland Sea and surrounding islands engulfed by one thousand cherry blossom trees. This was one of the most spectacular view of my whole life and is mentioned in the book "100 places in Japan to see before you die" 🥹🌸

Access can be a bit tricky, but the journey is well worth it! You can take your own car during the week (you need to reserve a spot in advance through their official website as parking on the mountain is extremely limited) or you can take the sightseeing bus on the weekend.
