Hi we’re Chris and Bec (@salt.and.charcoal) 👋 We've road-tripped Australia for 5 years in a bus and explored every inch of Tasmania.

It has some of the BEST free camping, INSANE hiking and amazing food and drink.

But we underestimated a couple of things... Tassie humbled us fast with the changing weather, winding roads, and hikes that are way bigger than they look.

This is the second guide I’ve bought from Chris and Bec and it exceeded my expectations.

I’ve been to Tassie a couple of times, but I’m planning a longer trip with my partner and this guide has so many places I haven’t been to yet, and some I didn’t even know existed that I can't wait to go to.

I really appreciate how detailed it is, they don't hold back. There's lots of campsite recommendations and honest advice on big hikes like the Three Capes and Cradle Mountain Summit.

And the premade itineraries are excellent, they make planning a big trip like this such a breeze. Excellent guide!

Absolutely loving this guide. We’re currently planning our big Tassie trip for next summer and everything we need is here! Has a lot of great info for caravanning/van life which is our plan. We are going to use your itineraries for each section of the island and take about 2 months to travel around. Can't wait. :) Thank you - very grateful as the guide is ensuring our holiday is going to be the best it could be!
