This is one of our favourites! The cascade is absolutely beautiful and the swimming hole is great, plus it's a bit of an adventure to get there.

You'll have to cross a deepish river at the start of the hike. There is a half barrel that you can put your backpack in to keep it dry, then you swim it over. Such a unique experience!

Know before going:

• Short but rocky 1km walk from the car park to the falls

• Entry fees apply, it's in Wunaamin Conservation Park

• The closest campground is Silent Grove Campground
