People have lived underneath Helleren in every age since the Stone age. There used to be many more houses here, but now there are only two wooden houses left standing. The buildings det back to the 1800s but parts of them are much older. There is parking next to Nedre Helleren Kraftverk. There’s also a separate parking lot with a nice path that leads to the houses. In the summer you can buy waffles at a small kiosk.
